Water from the Cascade Mountains provides for our Valley

This tank represents the human ability to transform nature into a resource. It is set on the axis of the plaza that is aligned for it to catch the rays of the summer solstice sunset. The bronze sculpture on top represents the Nelson Ridge, mountains in the Cascade Range in a line projected 40 miles along this axis.
